Holding a leadership position typically means you are expected to resolve most if not all the challenges that come your way. Both your own and those of the people you lead.
While dealing with challenges can be exhilarating (especially when you finally figure out the solution), it can also be draining. Especially if you’re constantly moving from one problem to the next with hardly any time to take a breath in between.
